United Airlines

Upon its successful merger with Continental Airlines, United Airlines (UAL) wanted to consolidate its flight operations in the industry’s premier Network Operations Center. Ultimately their goal was to improve communications, foster collaboration, and provide access to an abundance of data in real-time in order to run more efficiently and make better decisions on behalf of its customers. TI CSS designed and installed network operation centers, multi-purpose conference rooms, huddle rooms, and digital signage in the new headquarters, enabling more effective meetings, training sessions, and presentations.
