If the system or product fails, you simply call our service department at 770-441-5168 and we will dispatch a manufacturer-trained and certified field service technician to provide on-site diagnostics and repair.
CriticalSpace Solutions Service and Support Assurance Agreement clients are the first service calls we respond to (within 1 hour by phone and 8 business hours on-site).
A field service technician will perform a complete technical review(s) of your system(s) two times per year including:
When you call us for service, a field service technician will respond to your call within one (1) hour; answering questions, providing workaround possibilities, and determining the symptoms.
Our support team will provide periodic technical and end-user training as required.
